The Walpan Residence is an independent living facility for senior citizens where the dignity and care of each individual is our paramount concern. We provide comfortable accommodations and support for those who need help in the instrumental activities of daily living but do not require the skilled medical care that a nursing home provides.

Walpan offers a cost-effective option to long-term care facilities, and to living alone with in-home care. Walpan delivers its services in a luxurious, suburban setting, and operates
informally in a manner that is consistent with its residential character.

Our mission is to apply the highest standards of excellence in serving our residents while providing a sense of independence, privacy, dignity, individuality, and choice. While our staff is always available to help, and provide one-on-one attention when needed, we focus our care on self-maintenance. Residents are encouraged to help themselves and each other whenever appropriate.
